This is a sugar-free twist on a classic Italian dessert. Sweetened with allulose and our our NuNaturals Pure Monk Fruit Extract, so it is the perfect sweetness without sugar! NuNaturals Unflavored Gelatin Powder is the true star of this recipe adding a wonderful texture and a protein boost. Perfect small batch and can be easily multiplied for larger gatherings. Great for making ahead of time!
Ingredients

1 ½ tsp. NuNaturals Unflavored Gelatin

1Tbsp. Cold Water

1 ¼ cup Heavy cream

¼ cup Milk

3 Tbsp. Allulose

1 scoop Pure Monk Fruit (serving spoon provided in container)

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add Gelatin and water to small dish to bloom. Set aside.
Heat cream, milk, allulose, NuNaturals Pure Monk Fruit and vanilla extract in saucepan just to boiling.
Remove from heat and add bloomed gelatin. Stir continuously until gelatin is completely dissolved into cream mixture.
Pour into mold or 4 jars, ramakins or your favorite mold and place in fridge to chill for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Recipe Note
Top with your choice of toppings like fresh fruit, fruit puree, or any of our delicious Stevia syrups.
If you use a mold you will want to set it in warm water for a few seconds to loosen up so that you can remove it to plate.
