MARSHMALLOW
COLORED SUGAR SUBSTITUE:
Directions
Add 1/2 Cup cold water to a mixing bowl - Sprinkle Gelatin over water set aside and allow it to bloom
In a saucepan combine 1/2 Cup water and granulated sweetener. Heat over medium heat until it reaches 240F
Remove from heat and pour down the side of the bowl with mixer on low into the bloomed Gelatin.
Mix in Clear Vanilla and Kosher Salt.
FOR PIPING BAG:
Beat the marshmallow mixture on medium/high until peaks form. This mixture should be soft enough to pipe but not so soft that it's falling out of the piping bag. Move quickly so the marshmallow doesn't set.
FOR COOKIE CUTTER:
Beat medium speed until thick and white. Pour into a greased pan lined with parchment paper. Allow to set for a few hours then cut out shapes with cookie cutters
