Ingredients

1 cup + 1/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
1 tsp NuNaturals Stevia Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup strong brewed black coffee

Directions

Add the 1 cup milk, pumpkin, oats, & vanilla to a small pot. Simmer 5 minutes or until oats are cooked through & most of the milk has been absorbed. Add to a bowl.
In a high speed blender add the coffee, remaining 1/4 cup milk, Collagen Peptides, vanilla & NuStevia Pumpkin Spice syrup. Blend for 1 minute or until frothy.
Pour coffee over oats. Add toppings of choice!
