Whisk together Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder, NuStevia White Stevia Powder, arrowroot starch, and salt in a sauce pan. Over medium heat, add in the coconut and almond milk, make sure to whisk constantly. Allow to come to a gentle boil and then continue to whisk for 2 minutes or until it thickens.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to almost room temperature and then pour into your prepared crust. Put into fridge to set overnight.
When ready to serve top with coconut flakes and whipped cream, enjoy!
