Ingredients
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced and hulled

1 serving of NuNaturals Pure Monk Fruit Extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar substitute of your choice
1 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine the strawberries with NuNaturals Pure Monk Fruit Extract and granulated sugar substitute of your choice. until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream. Beat very well until stiff peaks form. Fold the strawberry mixture into whipped cream mixture gently.
Distribute the mousse into 6 small glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
